ME Life is proud to offer two kinds of classes, both taking place on the beach:
Beach Camp is circuit training incorporating a mix of free weights, cardio, boxing, etc. You can expect to build strength and break a sweat! Working out on soft sand challenges you to perfect your technique while engaging smaller muscles to stabilize all while going easier on your joints.
Beach Stretch is designed to aid in your recovery and lengthen the muscles you’ve worked so hard in Beach Camp!
Please note class is hosted at two locations:
Monday & Wednesday @ 5:30 PM | In the sand in front of 43 1/2 Thornton Ave in Venice
Saturday @ 8:30 AM | In the sand in front of 1 Topsail St in Marina del Rey
We keep our classes intimate to ensure that each student get the proper technique and attention needed.
We recommend shoes, we are in the sand so if you prefer to be barefoot you do have that option. Bring a water bottle and a mat. Dress comfortably and in clothing you can freely move/run/Stretch in.
Sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat are strongly suggested.
We LOVE offering class at the beach! At times however this can mean parking takes a minute to find, so please take this into consideration as you need to allow yourself at least ten minutes to find parking and meet out on the sand on time for class!
