From my own body and my own experiences, I have found out that there´s only one recipe for weight loss and well-being and that it isn’t complicated: sensible diet, more consistent eating times and exercise. So although it may seem confusing having to change all the old bad habits, while building new ones, I instantly felt the results of my efforts and became even more motivated to continue. As you can imagine, the new habits and the weight loss also have some knock-on effects; generally I feel more comfortable in my body and therefore also more satisfied with myself and with my appearance. I am no longer completely exhausted at midday and I generally have more energy, which also means that I don’t get easily irritated by little unimportant things.
